摘要
我国风电行业的发展,对风能专业人才的培养提出了迫切的需求。本文立足天津滨海新区风能产业基地的发展现状和趋势,对风能专业人才需求结构和教育衔接做了细致分析研究,提出"应急型"人才培养和"基础型"人才培养形相结合的模式,以分别满足我国风能行业发展初期人才缺口和长远持续发展的两方面需求。前者是指在其他已有相关专业的基础上,增设风能模块培训课程的方式;后者则是全面系统性的风能专业人才培养方式。这种模式有效缓解了目前天津滨海新区风能企业对专业人才的需求问题,也为国家新能源产业的长期科学发展提供了有力的人才支撑。
The rapid development of wind energy industry in China puts forward the urgent needs on the human resource and its education.Based on the survey of status and trends of wind energy industry in Tianjin Seaside Area,the linkage between the demand structure and professional education is analyzed.A set of human resource training system is proposed,which includes the urgent part and the fundamental part to meet with the demands from the recent and long term situations respectively.The former one adds essential wind energy courses for relating majors.While the later one builds a systemic wind energy teaching curriculum.It relieves the recent urgent need of wind energy industries.Also,the long-termed human resources supply is available for the national new energy industry.
