摘要
海外并购是中资银行制定多元化发展、获取技能或者进入新兴市场的基石。金融危机为国内银行的国际化提供了良好的机会,2006年之后中国银行业进入了第二次并购高潮。本文基于我国银行业海外并购现状的分析,探究了并购的特点和风险,并提出了有效的风险防范措施。
Overseas merger is the foundation that Chinese banks can gain a technical ability and enter an emerging market in a diversified development stategies.The financial crisis provides a good opportunity for the internationalization of domestic banks.Since 2006,Chinese banks have experienced the 2nd wave of overseas mergers.Based on the current status of overseas MA of banks in China,the text analyzes its characteristics and risks,and provides some effective measures.
