Status and prospects of early diagnosis of pancreatic cancer

摘要 近年来胰腺癌的发病率和病死率呈逐年上升趋势。胰腺癌早期诊断困难、预后极差，大多数胰腺癌诊断明确时已属中晚期。手术切除目前仍被认为是唯一可能根治胰腺癌的治疗方法。据美国SEER统计，2001年胰腺癌的总体5年生存率是5．2％，经根治性手术切除患者的5年生存率为18％，淋巴结阴性者为32％，切缘与淋巴结均为阴性者则是41％。因此，寻求胰腺癌早期诊断方法可能是目前改善预后的关键。然而，目前尚无单一特异的早期诊断胰腺癌的方法。
