摘要
目的探讨肾虚状态下噪声作业工人是否更容易出现听力损害。方法将136名噪声作业工人分为肾虚噪声组和非肾虚噪声组,40名未接触噪声的行政人员作为对照组,分别进行问卷调查、纯音听阈测试、听性脑干反应测试及畸变产物耳声发射测试,对测试结果进行统计分析。结果肾虚组中出现耳鸣症状者明显多于其它两组(P<0.05,P<0.01),肾虚组的高频纯音听阈值高于其它组(P<0.05),ABR的Ⅰ、Ⅲ、Ⅴ波潜伏期和Ⅰ~Ⅲ、Ⅲ~Ⅴ波间期均延长(P<0.05),畸变产物耳声发射的高频幅值及引出率亦明显下降(P<0.05)。结论肾虚状态下噪声更容易对听力造成损害,肾虚可作为噪声作业的一个易感指标。
Objective To explore whether noise-exposed workers with kidney-deficiency are liable to be hearing loss. Method 136 noise-exposed workers were divided into 2 groups, kidney-deficiency group and non-kidney-deficiency group. 40 non-noise-exposed administors served as the control. They were tested with questionnaire,pure tone thresholds,auditory brainstem response and distortion product otoacoustic emissions.Results More workers with kidney-deficiency showed symptoms of tinnitus compared with the non- kidney-deficiency and control group(P〈0.05,P〈0.01).Pure tone hearing thresholds in high frequency was much higher than that in other two groups(P〈0.05). The latency ranges were longer than other groups for wave I ,III of auditory brainstem response (ABR) in kidney- deficiency.Compared with the non-kidney-deficiency and control group, the induce rates and amplitudes of distortion product otoacoustic emissions decreased significantly in the kidney-deficiency group,(P〈0.05). Conclusion Noise maybe induce hearing loss at a pattern of Kidney-deficiency and Kidney-deficiency may be a susceptibe index in noise operation.
