摘要
目的了解国内针灸治疗突发性聋的临床试验状况并对所有文献进行方法学质量评价。方法通过机检获得针灸治疗突发性聋的临床对照治疗试验(RCT)文献,对符合纳入标准的文献,根据国际Cochrane协作网Cochrane手册的评价指标,对其①研究对象(样本量、纳入与排除标准、基线情况);②随机化、盲法的应用;③诊断标准与疗效标准;④干预措施;⑤统计方法;⑥随访情况等进行质量评价。结果本次共检索到173篇针灸对突发性聋的研究文献,剔重和排除不相关文献后得到临床随机分组对照设计文献38篇。结论针灸治疗突发性聋的临床随机对照研究(RCT)质量需待提高,应根据针灸治疗突发性聋的临床研究特点,探索建立最佳的治疗方案,以提高临床疗效。
Objective To evaluate clinical trials of acupuncture in treatment of sudden deafness in china and make methodological evaluation on some relevant documents. Methods All of relevant randomized controlled trials （RCTs） were collected by Computer searching, of which accorded with the inclusive criteria were performed quality evaluation using the method recommended by the coehrane collaboration： research object （sample size, inclusion and exclusion criteria, base line condition）, randomization and blind method, diagnostic therapeutic effect criteria, intervention measure, statistical method, follow-up status. Results 38 documents accorded with the inclusive criteria were performed quality evaluation among all the 173 relevant randomized controlled trials. Conclusion The quality of clinical randomized controlled trials on acupuncture for treatment of sudden deafness should be improved and it is necessary to explore the best therapeutic scheme according to the clinical research characteristics of acupuncture for treatment of sudden deafness in order to improve the clinical efficacy.
