Warthin瘤合并滤泡性淋巴瘤一例报告并文献复习

摘要 Warthin瘤又称腺淋巴瘤或乳头状淋巴囊腺瘤,绝大部分发生于腮腺区,在涎腺肿瘤中较为常见,发病率仅次于多形性腺瘤.Warthin瘤可以发生恶性转化,肿瘤性上皮可以癌变,而淋巴组织间质也可以发生多种类型淋巴瘤.迄今为止,文献中关于Warthin瘤淋巴组织间质原发的淋巴瘤或全身系统性淋巴瘤局部侵犯Warthin瘤的病例共报道25例.我们发现1例少见的全身系统型滤泡性淋巴瘤（follicular lymphoma,FL）累及Warthin瘤淋巴组织间质的病例,并且采用免疫组织化学染色和位点特异性间期荧光原位杂交（Locus specific interphase fluorescence in situ hybridization,LSI-FISH）方法证实了FL的诊断.
