表现为波动性高血压的胰腺实性假乳头状瘤一例 被引量：2

摘要 患者,女,44岁,因体检发现左上腹肿物1周入院.既往有双下肢浮肿、高血压史1年余,最高血压185/110 mm Hg,自服心痛定控制效果不佳,入院时血压波动在130～170/80～103 mm Hg,体检除双下肢轻度浮肿外,未见异常阳性体征.血糖5.14 mmol/L.彩超：左上腹相当于胰尾外上方见范围约6.5 cm×5.2 cm×4.4 cm不均质低回声区,形态不规则,边界不清晰,内未见明显血流信号,提示胰尾占位.
