摘要
乙型肝炎病毒(hepatitis B virus,HBV)e抗原(HBeAg)曾经是临床判定HBV复制程度慢性乙型肝炎患者预后的重要指标之一,后来发现HBeAg阴转体内HBV仍会有高水平复制,近年来研究表明HBV基因变异特别是C区及X区基因变异与HBeAg表达及在血清中的分泌关系密切。
Hepatitis B virus e antigen（HBeAg） used to be one of the most important guideline whether the hepatitis B viruses are replicating and the prognosis is good or not.Later,it is found that HBeAg becomes negative but still exits hepatitis B virus high-level replicating in vivo.Recent researches make known that HBV genetic variation especially C gene and X gene variation had close relevance to HBeAg expression and the secretion of HBeAg in sera.
