摘要 帕金森病（Parkinson disease,PD）是好发于中老年的中枢神经系统变性疾病,以震颤、肌强直、运动迟缓及姿势平衡障碍为主要表现。多巴胺受体激动剂作为PD早期可单药治疗的药物,以及随着疾病的进展和药物治疗时间增长,
