摘要
计算机网络的涉及范围之广、迅猛发展及高普及率使之涵盖了社会各行各业的各个领域，国防安全、企业生产、市场经营无不被计算机强大的功能操纵和管理着。正是计算机网络的无所不能，使之在提高工作效率、高度集中、简化操作流程的同时，也为行业的高度保密机制、安全管理、有序发展带来了不小的冲击。本文从计算机网络安全调控的角度出发，阐述了计算机安全影响的因素并提出了具有建设性的安全防范策略，为网络秩序的发展营造了良好的秩序和健康的方向。
