科研文化建设是大学内涵建设和发展的重要内容和支撑,充分认识科研文化,打造先进的科研文化,对促进大学内涵的建设和发展具有重要的意义。加强大学科研文化建设必须在物质、制度和精神三个层面切实开展,才能打造出高水平的科研文化。
Cultural construction of science and t＇echnology plays an essential part in the development of university connotation. A full knowledge of Science ＆ Technology culture and the building of advanced Science ＆ Technology culture are of great significance for the construction and development of university connotation. A high-level Science ＆ Technology culture should be implemented from the aspects of material, system, and spirit.
