摘要
介绍了油气田开发项目后评价指标体系构建的原则,包括:全面性原则、可比性原则、一致性原则及可操作性原则;认为油气田开发建设项目综合后评价指标体系应包括:油气田开发项目过程后评价指标、油气田开发项目效益后评价指标、油气田开发项目影响评价指标及油气田开发项目持续性评价指标;根据油气田开发项目的特点,有效地开展油气田开发项目后评价工作,对科学地、全面地反映开发投资实际状况尤为重要。
The post-evaluation of investment project was important in management,the post-evaluation of investment project in our country was started late until the 1980s.Especially in the petroleum industry,the history of the fullblown post-evaluation of investment was much shorter.Until 2004,the post-evaluation and the research of petroleum exploration and oil-gas field development was firstly developed in the Chinese petroleum industry,but focused on the exploration,little on the oil-gas field development.Therefore,it was very important to carry on the work of post-evaluation of oil-gas field development effectively and establish the perfect post-evaluation system.According to the characteristics of the project of oil-gas field development,this paper is to carry out a tentative research on constructing the index system of the comprehensive post-evaluation for oil-gas field development.
