摘要
研究并建立了十二烷基硫酸钠(简称SDS)和非离子表面活性剂OP-10复配体系中两种表面活性剂的含量测定方法。分别采用相滴定法和分光光度法测定复配体系中SDS和非离子表面活性剂OP-10的含量,考察了复配体系中两种表面活性剂的相互干扰作用对各自定量的影响,对复配体系的定量条件、指示剂的用量、无机盐(Na2SO4、KCl)的影响等因素进行研究。结果表明,OP-10对SDS的定量影响很小,但是SDS对OP-10的定量影响较大,当SDS含量达到0.8~1.0g/L时,其对OP-10定量的干扰作用相同,在此范围内,复配体系中OP-10的质量浓度与吸光度呈正比。该方法操作简便、快速、准确、可靠性强,能分别测定复配体系中两种表面活性剂的含量。
A new method was developed for the quantitative detection of complex system of SDS and non-ion surfactant OP-10.In the complex system,the concentration of the sulfonate was determined by two-phase titration method,and the concentration of the nonion surfactant was determined by spectrophotometry.Several factors such as the condition of the determination,the amount of the indicator,the amount of the inorganic salts(Na2SO4 and KCl)as well as the effect of the interactions between SDS and nonion surfactant were investigated.The results indicate that nonion surfactant OP-10 would not influence the determination of SDS,however,the determination of the nonion surfactant OP-10 was correlated significantly with the SDS.When the concentration of the SDS was within the range of 0.8~1.0g/L,the absorbance of the nonion surfactant OP-10 varied directly with its concentration.This method is simple,convenient,accurate,reliable and the two surfactants could be determined by this method.
