摘要
以半夏为供试材料,研究叶面喷施锰肥(MnSO4.H2O)对半夏产量及总游离有机酸和鸟苷含量的影响。结果表明:全苗期叶面喷施不同浓度锰肥均对半夏叶片光合色素含量和硝酸还原酶活性,淀粉、可溶性糖、可溶性蛋白积累,半夏产量有一定的影响,其中以喷施1 200 mg/L锰肥处理产量最高。叶面喷施适宜浓度的锰肥对半夏块茎总游离有机酸和鸟苷的积累也有一定的促进作用。此外,倒苗期半夏块茎中锰的含量与全苗期叶面喷施的锰肥浓度成正相关,施锰肥处理锰含量均显著高于对照。
Seedlings of Pinellia ternata were selected as the experiment material to study the effects of spraying MnSO4·H2O on the yield and the contents of total free organic acid and guanosine of Pinellia ternata.The results showed that,after spraying MnSO4·H2O at the full seedling stage,the contents of photosynthetic pigments and the activity of nitrate reductase increased,and the accumulations of soluble sucrose,starch and soluble protein were also promoted in the leaves.The yield of Pinellia ternata increased at different levels.Compared with other treatments,spraying 1 200 mg/L MnSO4·H2O significantly enhanced the yield of Pinellia ternata.The results also revealed that the accumulations of total free organic acid and guanosine in the tubers were positively affected by spraying MnSO4·H2O.The contents of total free organic acid were significantly higher than those in the control when the concentration of MnSO4·H2O was over 1 600 mg/L,and the contents of guanosine increased at 400-1 600 mg/L MnSO4·H2O application level.Besides,the contents of Mn in the tubers were positively correlated with the concentrations of MnSO4·H2O sprayed,and were significantly higher than those in the control.
