摘要
通过分析工件的结构特征,设计出了钢丝切断、压弯和卷圆的连续模,并运用了弹簧复位装置。整套模具结构设计合理,动作稳定可靠,工件精度高,产品完全达到客户要求。该模具结构为同类形状工件的模具设计提供一定的参考。
By analyzing the structural characteristics of the work piece, the shearing, bending and curling progressive die, which with a reset spring device, have been designed. The whole mould has a reasonable structure design, reliable and stable action and high precision design. The product fully meets the requirement of the customer. The structure of this mould can provide a reference for the mould work piece with the similar shape.
