摘要
党的十七届四中全会审议通过的《中共中央关于加强和改进新形势下党的建设若干重大问题的决定》,明确了当前和今后一个时期党的建设的重要任务,把建设马克思主义学习型政党摆上重要议事日程。如何更好地发挥高校基层党组织的战斗堡垒作用,大力推进学习型基层党组织建设成为当前党建研究的重大工程,对于加强和改进新形势下高校基层党组织的建设,具有重大的意义。
The Central Committee Decisions on the Party Construction Enhancement under the New situation passed by the fourth Plenum of the 17th Communist Party of China Central Committee has made clear the vital task of the Party construction in a period of time at the present and in the future that is to build the learning- type Party. How to bring the party organizations in colleges into a better play, and enhance the learning- type grass- root Party organizations has become the most important task at present, it is of great significance to the construction to the college Party organization at present.
