摘要
介绍了低成本的第二代单晶合金ＤＤ３９８，该合金综合性能优良，其１００ｈ持久强度的承温能力比第一代单晶合金ＤＤ３提高３０℃，而拉伸性能、持久性能、抗氧化和抗热腐蚀性能达到了国外广泛应用的第二代单晶合金的性能水平。ＤＤ３９８合金组织稳定，单晶工艺性能良好，且具有低成本的优势。
Low cost second generation single crystal superalloy DD398 is briefly introduced.
The alloy has about 30℃ higher temperature capability than the first generation single crystal
superalloy DD3. Its tensile strength, stress rupture properties, oxidation and corrosion
resistance are comparable to foreign second generation single crystal superalloys widely used.
It has excellent microstructure stability, single crystal castability and lower cost because of its
lower rhenium content.
