小波变换在转子系统动静件早期碰摩故障诊断中的应用 被引量:34

摘要 利用小波变换理论对转静件早期碰摩故障进行诊断,通过对碰摩故障的仿真结果利用D20小波进行波形分解、利用高斯小波进行小波变换,得出:它们不仅可对早期碰摩进行准确诊断,还可准确诊断进入、脱离碰摩的位置;两种分析结果完全一致,达到了互相验证,从而进一步说明利用小波变换理论对早期碰摩故障进行诊断的有效性。 The early rub impact fault between rotor and stator is diagnosed using the wavelet transform theory. After the simulating data of rub impact fault between rotor and stator are disintegrated in waveshapes through D20 wavelet, and are transformed through Gaussian wavelet, one can find that the wavelet transform can not only diagnose the early rub impact fault exactly, but also pinpoint the start and finish positions of rub impact, and one can also find that the two analysis results are coincident completely, so they can verify each other. Therefore,the conclusion can be achieved that to diagnose the early rub impact fault between rotor and stator using wavelet transform theory is very effective.
