文章针对地勘单位属地化、事改企，回顾了地勘单位企业化改革进程；结合湖北省地勘局的实践，分析了事改企面临的困难、问题、机遇和条件；
According to the localization and transforming institution into enterprise in geological prospevting units, the paper reviews the reform process;Combining with the practice of Hu Bei Bureau of Geology and Mineral Resources,it analyses facing difficulty,problem,opportunity and condition,and it puts forward some proposals.
