罗哌卡因联合芬太尼用于剖宫产术硬膜外麻醉的效果观察 被引量:12

摘要 目的:观察罗哌卡因用于剖宫产手术硬膜外麻醉的临床效果。方法:72例行剖宫产手术患者随机分为联合麻醉组(n=36,罗哌卡因+芬太尼)和对照组(罗哌卡因)。选择L2~3间隙穿刺,将上述药液注入硬膜外腔。记录感觉阻滞及运动阻滞的起效和持续时间、术中疼痛程度、腹肌松弛程度、牵拉反应程度及不良反应发生情况。结果:与对照组比较,联合麻醉组感觉阻滞起效快,持续时间长(P〈0.01);两组运动阻滞的起效时间和持续时间比较差异无统计学意义(P〉0.05);联合麻醉组牵拉反应程度明显低于对照组(P〈0.01)。结论:罗哌卡因联合芬太尼用于剖宫产手术硬膜外麻醉的临床效果良好,不良反应少,值得临床推广。
