摘要
大学生就业难是我国目前的重大问题之一,"以创业带动就业"是国家教育部等各级部门提出的重要解决途径,依托高校科研成果进行大学生创业既解决了就业问题,也提高了高校的科研成果转化率。通过对大学生创业问卷调查,分析了大学生创业的优势与存在的问题,提出要借助高校对大学生创业进行科技支持,增加对大学生的创业理论与实践教育、由政府和社会提供资金和政策扶持、培养和提高大学生的创业意识和技能,充分利用高校的科技资源与成果进行科技创业。
Difficulty in college students＇ employment is one of the major problems in our country,and expanding employment by innovative undertaking is an important approach put forward by various departments of the National Ministry of Education.College students＇ innovative undertaking relying on the scientific research achievements can resolve the problem of employment and improve the transfer rate of university＇s scientific research achievements.Based on the questionnaire,advantages and problems of the university student＇s pioneering work are analyzed and some suggestions are presented for college with technological support,innovative undertaking theory and practice,funds and policy support should be provided by the government and society,training should be carried out to improve the students＇ innovative consciousness and ability,the university science and technology resources and achievements should be used fully.
