基于超大直径HPC管桩复杂地基下锤击法施工的技术研究

摘要 预应力管桩作为一种新型的地基处理方式,以其独特的优点近些年来得到了广泛的应用和推广。但在施工过程中也暴露出一些急待解决的问题,尤其是针对超大直径顸应力管桩在复杂地基中的使用,国内尚无系统的实践和理论研究。以福建西南某地区火车站房雨棚区600mm直径HPC管桩锤击法施工为例,简要探讨复杂地质条件下超大直径HPC管桩施工工艺和技术,提出一些可供参考的施工经验和理论。 High strength pre-stressed concrete(PHC) pipe piles are used and spread widely as a new foundation treatment method for its unique advantages in recent years.However,some problems are exposed in the construction process which need quick solutions.In particular,there have few systematic theories and practice researches at home and abroad on the application of large-diameter prestressed pile piles in complicated foundation.By taking hammer construction of 600 mm-diameter HPC pipe piles in one railway station awning areas of Southwestern Fujian Provence,this paper discusses the process and technique of large-diameter HPC pile piles in complicated geological conditions,which can be construction experience and theory reference.
