摘要
通过对工程施工项目各阶段的特性以及项目施工过程中人力资源特点的分析,提出了目前施工项目人力资源管理的困惑,阐述了施工项目中人力资源管理应关注的重点环节。
Through analysis on the features of every phase in engineering projects,and human resource characteristics of project construction,this paper puts forward some confusion in human resource management of engineering projects,and expounds its key parts.
