TBM是高度机械化和自动化的大型隧洞开挖衬砌成套装备,主要由主机及后配套系统构成,双护盾TBM的最大特点是能够实现开挖掘进与衬砌管片拼装同时平行交叉作业。重点对双护盾TBM掘进机选型原则、技术配置及功能、后续设备和辅助设备,以及后配套台车等阐述,可供工程实际借鉴。
TBM is a large set of equipment for tunnel linning and excavation with high mechanization and automation.It is made up of the host equipment and the configuring system.Its characteristics is able to achieved lining assembly and cross-operating in parallel.Focus on the double-shield TBM,the selection principle,technical configuration and features,follow-up equipment and auxiliary equipment,and after elaborate matching car are showed.
