摘要
针刺非织造布在水冷式日晒气候老化仪中的强光、热湿环境持续影响下,通过观察材料微观SEM照片和测定其强力值随老化时间的变化关系,可以发现黄麻纤维和热熔纤维表面出现了不同程度的沟槽和裂纹,伴随着纤维结构的改变,材料的拉伸强力损失率也越来越大。
Needle-punched nonwovens is influenced continually in strong light and hot-damp environment in water-cooled type solarization aging instrument,It is discovered that some groove and crack appear in the surface of jute/meldable fiber by observing materials microcosmic SEM photo and testing its intensity value changing relation with aging time.And with fiber structure change,losing ratio of materials tensile strength will be bigger and bigger.
