摘要 乳腺癌普查和早期诊断是降低乳腺癌死亡率的关键环节。本文从10个方面分别介绍乳腺X线摄影、超声、MRI、核医学和计算机辅助诊断(CAD)以及如电阻抗、电子触诊、热图、光学成像及联合成像等新技术的应用和发展。本期内容是全文第9~10大题,主要介绍联合成像及微创活检技术在乳腺癌早期诊断方面的技术进展。四期连载所述乳腺癌早期诊断设备及技术的发展,提高了乳腺癌早期诊断水平,实现了快速筛查和使用上的灵活简便。无创化、诊断与治疗相互融合、多方法综合诊断今后势必成为一种趋势。 Breast cancer screening and early diagnosis is the key to reducing mortality rate of breast cancer. This paper introduces the application and development of mammography,ultrasound,MRI, nuclear medicine and computer-aided diagnosis (CAD),and new technology of electrical impedance, electrical palpation,etc. The current issue,namely, paragraph 9~11 of the paper, mainly introduces the technology development of joint imaging and minimally invasive biopsy.
