摘要
目的为解决常规鞘内手术常出现的内镜移动受限、操作空间狭小、止血困难等手术创伤问题。方法本装置是一种神经内镜颅脑手术保护鞘系统,由保护鞘夹、透明保护鞘、脑组织防切削保护杆、脑室引导针、自动牵开器等七个部件组成。结果在我院神经内镜颅脑手术中使用证明:该装置扩大了内镜的手术操作空间,有利于术中的止血和病变组织的切除,通过透明保护鞘可了解周围脑组织的情况,便于对周围组织观察和术中定位。结论使用该装备可扩大病灶的显露,进一步减少手术的创伤。
Objective To solve the common problems of sheath surgery,such as the restriction of endoscop movement,small operation space,difficulty in hemostasia,etc.Methods Developed a nerve endoscopic brain surgery protection sheath system,which is composed of protection sheath clamp,transparent protection sheath, brain tissue protection pole,ventricle guided needle,automatic retractor.Results It is proved that the system can expand the operation space,and is propitious to hemostasia and excision of lesions.With the transparent protection sheath,the operators can be acquainted with brain tissue situation.Conclusion The system can expand the appearance of lesions and reduce the surgery hurt further.
