摘要
利用ANSYS有限元法对南京钢铁公司中型厂850轧机机架的变形及分布进行分析,结果表明,最大应力出现在压下螺母孔圆角处,并用实测值对模拟计算结果进行修正,得到轧机的力学性能理论结果,为现场工艺的制定和设备的维护和使用提供了理论依据。
The deformation and stress distribution of the 850 mill stands in Nanjing Irond and Steel Co.,Ltd.are analyzed by ANSYS FEM,the results stating:the maximum stress appears at the rounding of screw box hole.The results of the finite element simulation are corrected with the measured value,the mechanical properties of theoretical results of the mill stand are given,all of this supply the theoretical basis for process development and equipment maintenance and use on-site.
