粉煤灰再生混凝土磨耗试验研究 被引量:6

Test research on wear resistance of recycled concrete with fly ash

摘要 水泥混凝土路面长期经受车辆荷载的往复作用,车轮对路面的冲击、挤压以及一些坚硬物体对路面的不断磨损要求其具有很强的耐磨能力。通过试验得出,再生粗骨料、聚丙烯纤维、引气减水剂3个不同掺量的配合比,对再生混凝土耐磨性能的影响顺序为:再生粗骨料掺量→聚丙烯纤维掺量→引气减水剂掺量,再生粗骨料的掺入量对再生混凝土的耐磨性影响最大,建议再生粗骨料掺量不宜超过40%。 The cement concrete pavement isoften directly subjected to long-term repetitive strength of the vehicle load,and the pavement must have the strong ability of wear resistance to sustain the shock and squeezing from the wheels.The abrasion tests on recycled concrete with flyash were carried out with different mix proportions of recycled coarse aggregate,polypropylene fiber and gas-lifting water-reducing(GLWR)agent.The results showed that the effect order of three materials mixing amount on wear resistance of recycled concrete was recycled coarse aggregatepolypropylene fibergas-lifting water-reducing (GLWR) agent,and the mixing amount of recycled coarse aggregate was suggested be less than 40%.
