摘要
通过将小麦秸合理焚烧得到的灰份——麦秸灰作为混凝土掺合料使用的试验研究,比较和分析其对混凝土的各项物理力学性能(抗压强度、抗拉强度、弹性模量和抗渗性能)的作用和影响,试图为小麦秸的高效合理利用探寻一条途径。试验表明在麦秸灰掺入20%时与不掺入情况下相比较:较抗压强度(28 d)提高约28.2%;抗拉强度(28 d)提高约22.4%;抗渗性能提高了约24倍。
This research through the ash-wheat straw ash which obtains small wheat straw reasonable burning down as the concretes mixes the material use the experimental study,compared with and analyzes it to the concretes each physical mechanics performance(compressive strength,tensile strength,impervious performance and elasticity coefficient)the function and the influence,attempt for the small wheat straw highly effective reasonable use to inquire about a way.The experiment results show that:the concrete mixed with 20% of the wheat straw ash its tensile strength(28 d)increase about 28.2%;its compressive strength(28 d)increase about 22.4%;its impermeability property increase about 24 times.
