基于正交试验的高性能混凝土断裂性能影响因素分析

摘要 利用正交试验方法,通过三点弯曲试验,分析了高性能混凝土配合比设计参数中水胶比、粉煤灰掺量、砂率对其断裂性能的影响。研究结果表明,3个参数对高性能混凝土60 d龄期断裂能的影响大小为:水胶比、粉煤灰掺量、砂率,且适宜掺量的粉煤灰积水胶比对改善混凝土的脆性非常有利。同时,高性能混凝土的脆性与其强度之间不存在确定的量化关系。 Fracture energy of high performance concrete(HPC)is studied through three-point bent test on notched beams.The effect of influencing factors including ratio of water to cementing material,fly ash composite additive and sand percentage has been analyzed by the means of orthogonal experiment.The consequence of these three factors is:ratio of water to cementing material,fly ash composite additive,sand percentage.And fly ash is very useful to improve the brittleness of concrete.In addition,the study finds that a direct relationship between fracture energy and strength may not exit.
