预应力织物增强混凝土薄板弯曲性能试验研究 被引量:5

Experimental research on the bending performance of prestressed textile reinforced concrete thin plates

摘要 目前,织物增强水泥基复合材料仍处于试验与理论研究阶段。采用掺入和未掺入短切聚丙烯的两种混凝土基体制备成织物增强的混凝土薄板,并对织物施加不同的预应力,通过对比试验,考察了各类试件的比例极限强度、抗弯弹性模量、弯曲韧性及荷载-挠度曲线特征,试验表明预应力的增加能提高织物增强混凝土薄板的弯曲强度和抗弯刚度,而短切聚丙烯纤维的掺入改善了混凝土中应力的传递机制。 In the present,only experimental and theory research are continued for textile reinforced cementitious composites.In this paper two types of concrete(mixed with short polypropylene fiber or not)were used as matrix,and the textile reinforced concrete thin plates were casted with different preload stress.Comparing the bending experiments,we found that the increment of preload stress lead to the increase of bending toughness and stiffness of the textile reinforced concrete plates.We also found the short polypropylene fiber mixed in the concrete can improve the stress transfer mechanics in concrete.
