摘要
随着核电扩建,铀矿需求大增,但铀供应逐渐趋紧。为满足核工业对铀矿原料的需求,中国需逐步改革目前的铀矿勘探开发投融资体制。本文通过对国内外铀资源勘查开发投融资现状的分析,阐述我国铀资源勘查开发投融资中存在的问题,并对如何建立铀资源勘查开发多元化投融资体制提出建议。
With the expansion of nuclear power,the need for uranium is increasing greatly.However,the supply of uranium tends tight.In order to supply sufficient uranium mine for nuclear industry,China needs to reform the current investment and financing system about prospecting and development of uranium. This paper analyzed the present situation of uranium investment and financing at home and abroad,and existent problems of uranium financing in china are found.Then some suggestions to develop multi-level channels to raise money for prospecting and development of uranium resource are proposed.
