摘要
目的分析60岁及以上年龄段恶性肿瘤患者并发癌痛时进行三阶梯治疗的影响因素和临床意义。方法经病理学证实的癌症患者240例,综合分析患者的一般情况、疾病种类、病理分期及临床特点等因素,评估患者疼痛强度(P)I:根据疼痛强度给予不同阶梯的止痛药治疗。结果患者的性别、疾病种类、病理分期、脏器转移等因素影响疼痛缓解度(P<0.05);而年龄、体重、生活质量、疼痛病程等因素不影响疼痛缓解度(P>0.05)。结论治疗癌痛时综合分析患者的各种影响疼痛缓解程度的因素有重要的价值,直接影响到治疗的效果。
Objective To analyze various kinds of influencing factors of cancer pain and evaluate the clinical meaning in three stepped care of 60 years old and above patients.Methods 240 cases of cancer patients were pathologically diagnosed,Common condition,disease category,pathology staging and clinical characteristics of each patient were analyzed,the pain intensity（P）I of patients was determined,and then treated by different analgesics according to PI.Results Sex,disease category,pathology staging,metastasis situation of atients did effectd on pain relief（PAR）（P0.05）.But the age,weight,quality of life and progression course of pain had no effect on PAR（P0.05）.Conclusion It is important to analyze various kinds of influencing factors of PAR.While treating cancer pain,these factors directly affect the treatment results.
