摘要
低碳经济是应对全球气候变化的必然选择,它与实现人类经济、社会和环境可持续发展休戚相关。自提出以来,尤其是在全球化和国际金融危机的双重背景下,低碳经济更是受到各国的普遍高度重视。文章从有关"低碳经济"提出背景的研究入手,着重对低碳经济的概念界定、低碳经济的现状特征、低碳经济的理论基础、低碳经济发展的机遇与挑战以及实现路径等方面的文献资料进行了梳理,最后做出简要评论与展望。
Low-carbon economy is an inevitable choice to global climate change.It stakes with the sustainable development of human society,economy and environment.Since it is proposed,therefore,it is the subject of universal attention,particularly under the background of the globalization and the international financial crisis.This article firstly presents the research on background of low-carbon economy.And then,it emphasizes on the introduction of literature in five aspects： the concept of low-carbon economy,the feature of low-carbon economy,the theoretical basis for low-carbon economy,the opportunities and challenges of low-carbon economic development in China as well as the policy recommendations of low-carbon economic development in China.Finally,it makes a brief comment and the prospect on the research of low-carbon economy.
