摘要
在研究大量的产业升级的相关国内外文献的基础上,综述产业升级的内涵、产业升级的路径,并重点分析浙江省的产业升级与产业工人素质提升之间的密切关联性。强调,为实现浙江省产业升级、打造先进制造业基地,产业工人素质的提升,将是一项任重道远且至关重要的内容。
This paper studies large amount of related documents about industrial upgrading home and abroad,sums up the connotation and routes of industrial upgrading,and analyses the close relevance between the industrial upgrading and quality advance of industrial workers in Zhejiang province.The paper emphasizes that quality improvement of industrial workers will be a very hard and important project to realize industrial upgrading and build the advanced manufacturing industry base.
