摘要
人民币成为碳交易计价结算货币存在历史契机。因为中国的特殊情况,人民币成为碳交易计价结算货币既具有优势也面临一定的困难。目前,人民币还不完全具备成为碳交易计价结算货币的条件,但应该从多个方面采取措施加速人民币成为碳交易计价结算货币的进程。
The paper first analyzes the historical opportunity for the development of RMB into the settlement currency of carbon trading.Then,it analyzes the advantages and difficulties for RMB to become settlement currency of carbon trading.Finally,it puts forward proposals on how RMB can become the settlement currency of carbon trading.It argues that,at present,RMB is not fully equipped with all the conditions to be settled as the currency of carbon trading,but it should take measures in many aspects to promote and speed up the process for RMB to become the settlement currency of carbon trading.
