吊灯花提取物体外抗氧化活性评价 被引量:5

Evaluation on antioxidant activity of Ceropegia dolichpohylla extracts in vitro

摘要 目的:评价吊灯花提取物的体外抗氧化活性。方法:以乙醇、石油醚、氯仿、乙酸乙酯、正丁醇和水为样品提取剂,以VC作阳性对照,采用水杨酸法、二苯代苦味基肼自由基(DPPH·)法和Fe3+还原能力实验,对吊灯花不同极性溶剂提取物的体外抗氧化能力进行评价。结果:吊灯花各提取物均对羟基自由基有较强的清除作用,其中粗多糖的清除能力最强,半清除率浓度为0.61mg/mL,但效果不如VC明显;各提取物对DPPH自由基有很强的清除作用,以乙酸乙酯萃取物清除能力为最强,半清除率浓度为0.13mg/mL。同时以上提取物还对Fe3+具有很强的还原能力,其中石油醚提取物的还原能力最强。结论:吊灯花具有明显的抗氧化活性,在抗衰老方面有广泛应用前景。 Objective:To evaluate on antioxidant activities of extracts from Ceropegia dofichpohyfla in vitro.Methods: Salicylic acid method, DPPH · (2,2- diphenyl- 1 - picryihydrazyl) method and deoxidization Fe^3+ were used to evaluate the antioxidant activities in vitro of samples, which extracted using ethanol, petroleum ether, chloroform, ethyl acetate,n-butanol and water from Ceropegia dolichpohylla, respectively, and Vc was used as comparison sample.Results: The extracts had good scavenging activities for hydroxyl radical ( · OH), especially crude polysaccharide showed the highest activity and its half elimination ratio( IC50 )was 0.61 mg/mL, but the activity was weaker than that of Vc.The extracts had strong scavenging activities on DPPH radical,the effect of ethyl acetate extracts was the strongest and its IC50 value was 0.13mg/mL. Meanwhile, the above extracts had stronger deoxidizing Fe^3+ activity, the activity of the petroleum ether extracts was the strongest. Conclusion: Ceropegia dolichpohylla has stronger antioxidative activity and will be widely applicated on antiaging.
