摘要
国家是在与疆域内社会和国际体系中他国相互作用的复合关系中生存、发展的政治实体。本文在剖析国家与社会关系维度的国家能力构成和国际体系维度的国家能力构成的基础上,从国家与社会、国家与国家的互动逻辑中把握国家能力诸方面的内在关联,力图克服目前学界单从国内政治层次或国际政治层次探讨国家能力的片面倾向,初步提出了一个统合国内政治与国际政治的关于国家能力系统的分析框架。
A state is a political entity which survives and develops in a compound relationship in which the state interacts with the society within its territory and with other states in the international system. This thesis then attempts to analyze the structure of state capacity from the perspectives of the state-society relation and international system. On the basis of this analysis, the author penetrates the inter relations of the components of state capacity in the logic of state-society and state-state interaction, trying to overcome the limitation of the academic circle that restricts the discussion merely to either domestic politics or international politics. In accordance of this discussion, an analysis framework of integrating domestic and international politics is proposed.
