摘要
超数排卵处理黑白花奶牛１１头，有效８头，超排有效率７２．７％，获总卵数４０枚，头均获卵５枚（４０／８），可用胚２６枚，头均可用胚３．３枚（２６／８），胚胎可用率６５％。移植受体牛２３头，妊娠１０头，移植成功率４３．５％（２３／１０）。
eggs were collected from 8 of 11 superovulated Holstein cows with the superovulating efficiency of 72.7%,26 available eggs were transferred to 23 donee of yellow cattle,10 were pregnant with embryo transferring success rate of 43.5%.
