摘要
金融危机对中国钢铁行业的发展造成了巨大冲击,导致国内外需求极度萎缩,出口压力剧增,国内市场钢价大幅下跌,钢企盈利大幅下降,企业纷纷减产、限产,贸易摩擦加剧。政府应在已出台措施的基础上,加强生产要素协调服务,大力提振企业信心,化解企业融资难题。面钢企应加快兼并重组,提高产业集中度;搞好总量控制,努力降低成本;尽快调整钢材进出口产品结构;采取多元化出口策略,减少贸易摩擦;加强调查研究,提供科学的决策依据。
Financial crisis has great effects on the development of China's steel industry,which leads to smaller demand at home and abroad,to greater pressure,to sharp decline of its price on domestic market and to decline of profits gained by steel enterprises.Due to it,many enterprises reduce their production and there are increasing more fric-tions in trade.The government should adopt some measures,such as strengthening its service in production factors,enhancing enterprises' confidence,solving the problems in financing,speeding up the reorganization,regulating exporting structure,and so on.
