摘要
200只15日狄高鸡随机分成4组,对照组(Ⅰ)喂饲基础日粮,试验组(Ⅱ,Ⅲ,Ⅳ)在基础日粮中分别添加0.25%,0.50%,1.00%(果寡糖)(FOS),测定各组15~56日龄成活率、体重、饲料转化率。结果表明:各组成活率分别为86%,96%,96%和92%,试验组间差异不显著,Ⅱ,Ⅲ组与Ⅰ组差异极显著(P<001)。各组腹泻分别为15.6%,4.9%,1.5%和10.2%,彼此间差异极显著(P<0.01)。各组15~56日龄采食量分别为3617.4,3489.0,3386.2,3463.4g,各组体增重分别为1407,1452,1511,1454g,各组料重比分别为2.57,2.40,2.24和2.38。Ⅱ,Ⅲ,Ⅳ组平均体重分别比对照组提高27%(P<0.05),6.5%(P<0.01)和2.7%(P<0.05)。肉鸡日粮中FOS添加水平以0.25%~050%为宜,对鸡的生长和饲料报酬的提高有明显的促进作用。当FOS添加水平为100%时,肉鸡腹泻增加,饲料报酬和体增重均低于添加水平为0.50%的组。
Two hundred Tegel broilers (fifteen days posthatch) were randomly assigned to 4 groups.Fructooligosaccharide (FOS)was added to the diet at the level of 0,0.25,0.50,1.00% to the 4 groups respectively.Mortality,weigh gain,feed effeciency were recorded from 15 to 56 days.The mortality for each group was 15%,4%,4%,8%,respectively.The difference between group Ⅱ,Ⅲ and group Ⅰ was very significant ( P <0.01).The occurance rate of diarrhea in each group was 15.6%,4.9%,1.5% and 10.2% respectively.The weight gain was 1407,1452,1511,1454 g respectively.The feed effeciency was 2.57,2.40,2.24,2.38 respectively.Comparing to the control,group Ⅱ to Ⅳ had the body weight gain increase by 2.7% ( P <0 05),6.5%( P <0 01) and 2.7% ( P <0 05) respectively.The feeding trails showed that the optimal FOS adding level was 0 25% to 0 5% which had a beneficial effect on the increase of body weigh gain and feed effeciency.Too high FOS administration level (1%) caused diarrhea,thus decreased broilers production performance.
