摘要
选用180羽AA雏鸡,进行了为期49d(前期1~21日龄,后期22~49日龄)的饲养试验,研究β葡聚糖酶、木聚糖酶和纤维素酶组成的复合酶制剂(GXC)对肉鸡生长和消化的影响。试验表明,添加GXC使肉鸡采食量和日增重分别提高了466%(P<005)和979%(P<001),料重比降低了476%(P<001),干物质、粗纤维和粗脂肪表观消化率分别提高了1058%(P<005),2590%(P<005)和2175%(P<005);此外,添加GXC使空肠内容物粘度下降了1705%(P<001),粪中大肠杆菌数下降6122%(P<001),十二脂肠内容物中总蛋白水解酶、胰蛋白酶和淀粉酶活性分别提高了1704%(P<005),4655%(P<005)和8023%(P<005),并使肝重率提高了2484%(P<001)。
One hundred and eighty AA commercial broiler chicks were used to study the effects of polyenzyme GXC (xylanase,β glucanase and cellulase) on growth performance and digestion.The straightrun chicks were divided into two groups by weight,each of which included three replicates of thirty birds each.The birds were fed with 30% wheat bran diet supplemented with 0 or 50 g/t GXC.The result of feeding experiment showed that the ADFI and ADG were increased by 4 66% ( P <0 01) and 9 79%( P <0 01) ,respectively,while F/G ratio was decreased by 4 76% ( P <0 01) with supplementation of GXC.The digestion trial showed that GXC increased the apparent digestibilities of DM, CF and EE by 10 58%( P <0 05) ,25 90%( P <0 05) ,21 75% ( P <0 05) ,respectively. The GXC could decrease the viscosity of jejunal content and the volume of E.coli in feces by 17 05% ( P <0 01) and 61 22%( P <0 01) respectively.The activities of trypsin,α amlyase and proteolytic enzyme in duodenal content were increased by 46 55%( P <0 05) ,80 23%( P <0 05) and 17 04%( P <0 05) ,respectively,with the addition of GXC,also GXC could increase the relative weight of liver by 24 84%( P <0 01).
