摘要
荆邱油田油井腐蚀严重部位多发生在1000-1600 m之间。平均检泵周期为190.4天。根据现场腐蚀、结垢特点,用正交试验法进行药剂筛选,通过交叉配伍性试验,找到了有针对性的缓蚀阻垢剂。现场应用取得了很好的效果：铁离子下降率最高达99.8%,腐蚀速率也明显下降,缓蚀率平均达87.0%,钙离子较加药前上升了89.3%。
Heavy corrosion sections of oil wells in Jingqiu oilfield mainly located in the depth between 1000 m and 1600 m.The average pump inspection cycle was 190.4 days.Based on the local corrosion and scaling conditions,through orthagonal test the corrosion and scale inhibitors were found.Field practice showed that the decline rate of ferric ion reached 99.8% and the corrosion rate decreased 87.0%,Ca2＋ increased 89.3% than that before adding drugs.
