摘要
目的了解护理人员防御性护理行为现状及影响因素,为护理管理者制定适当的措施减少护理纠纷提供依据。方法用自制的护理人员防御性行为问卷,对168名在职护理人员进行调查。结果护理人员防御性护理行为总分92.87±6.44,影响护理人员防御性护理行为的因素有工作科室、职务、受表彰经历、学历、受惩罚经历及有投诉经历(均P<0.05)。其中前3个因素对护理人员防御性护理行为有正向影响,而后3个因素对其有负向影响。结论护理人员在工作中倾向于应用防御性护理行为。护理管理者应当加强人力资源和医疗环节的管理,将职业道德和医疗规范教育制度化,建立和谐的工作环境,减少过度防御性护理行为的发生。
Objective To comprehend nurses' defensive nursing behaviors and to find out the influencing factors.Methods A total of 168 nurses were investigated by using a self-designed questionnaire in terms of their defensive behaviors.Results The total score of nurses' defensive nursing behaviors was (92.87±6.44) points.Factors influencing nurses' defensive nursing behaviors included the division where they worked,the position,the experience of being recognized,the educational levels,experience of being pu-nished,and experience of complaints.The first 3 factors above mentioned had positive effect on nurses' defensive nursing beha-viors,and the last 3 factors had negative effect.Conclusion Nurses are prone to employ defensive nursing behaviors clinically.Nursing managers should strengthen the management of human resources and medical processes,systematize professional ethics and medical standards,build up harmonic working environment and decrease nursing defensive behaviors.
