摘要
目的制备舒胸分散片,并测定其中人参皂苷Rg1含量。方法以微晶纤维素、淀粉、羧甲基淀粉钠为主要辅料制备舒胸分散片。高效液相色谱法测定人参皂苷Rg1的含量,色谱条件为:C18柱(4.0mm×200mm,5μm),以乙腈-蒸馏水(24%:76%)为流动相,检测波长203nm,流速为1.0ml/min。结果处方组成比例为药材提取物干膏粉:淀粉:微晶纤维素:羧甲基淀粉钠=30%:25%:40%:5%;自制分散片人参皂苷的含量5.829mg/g。结论本文制备工艺简单、质量符合药典分散片质量要求。
Objective To prepare Shuxiong dispersible tabletsanddetermine the content of the ginsenoside Rg1.Methods The dispersible tablets was made by MCC,starch and CMS-Na.The content of the ginsenoside Rg1 was determined by HPLC.Dikma C18 column （4.6 mm × 200 mm,5μm） was used,acetonitriledistilled water（24%：76%） as the mobile phase,detection wavelength at 203nm,flow rate of 1.0 ml/min.Results The excipient was made by dry extract powders：starch：MCC：CMS-Na =30%：25%：40%：5%.Conclusion The dispersible tablets meet the quality requirements of CP2005 and the determined method is accurate and reliable.
