摘要
目的探讨纺织噪声对作业工人健康状况及神经行为功能的影响。方法应用调查表方式询问工人健康状况,用世界卫生组织推荐的神经行为核心测试组合(WHO-NCTB)的方法对60名接触纺织噪声工人的神经行为功能进行测试,同时选择68名在年龄、工龄、文化程度、经济状况、性别等相似的作业者为对照组进行比较。结果接噪组工人神经系统自觉症状发生率显著高于对照组,POMS各项负性情绪因子得分增多,正性情绪因子得分则减少,神经行为不良效应增多,其中紧张-焦虑、愤怒-敌意、疲惫-惰性、有力-好动、数字译码、目标追踪、简单反应时得分与对照组比较差异显著。结论调查表方式询问及NCTB可以用作纺织噪声对工人职业危害早期损害的检测方法。
Objective To study the effects of noise operation on health status and neurobehavioral functions of textile workers.Methods Utilizing questionnaires to investigate the health status of textile workers.60 textile workers exposured to noise were investigated with WHO recommended Neurobehavioral Core Test Battery,and compared with 68 nonexposed controls.Results The results showed that the scores of negative mood states of the operators in the exposed group were higher than those in the control group,and quite reverse was the positive mood state,negative effects on neurobehavioral functions were more.The scores of stress-anxiety,anger-hostility,fatigue-inertia,vigor-activity,digit symbol,correct aiming,sample reaction time,showed significant difference than those in the control group. Conclusion The questionnaire method and NCTB can be used as early pre-clinical damage detection method of occupational hazards on textile workers.
