摘要
目的探讨中西医结合治疗痛经临床疗效。方法 2008年1月—2010年1月门诊诊治的痛经患者246例,随机分为中西医结合治疗组126例;对照组120例,观察两组临床疗效,并进行比较。结果中西医结合组总有效率100%,对照组总有效率81.66%,两组总有效率比较P<0.05有显著差异性。结论在治疗痛经中,充分应用中西医相结合,调理气血、温经通阳、活血化瘀、调经止痛能够有效的解除痛经临床症状,减轻患者的痛苦,促进疾病康复。
Objective To evaluate the efficacy of treatment of dysmenorrhea integrative medicine.Methods Retrospective analysis of our hospital in August 2006 ～ February 2010 admitted to our hospital were 246 cases of dysmenorrhea.Results 120 patients were cured,95 cases,including 5 cases of infertility patients,4 cases have been pregnant,2 cases of term delivery;effective in 20 cases;ineffective in 5 cases;efficiency of 96%.Conclusion Western medicine treatment for dysmenorrhea acute abdominal pain,which anti-inflammatory to reduce pain by inhibiting prostaglandin synthesis of COX,reduce endometrial prostaglandin levels,relieve uterine cramps and sustained analgesic effect.Western treatment alone is not ideal,Integrative Medicine for dysmenorrhea,is a good and viable way.
