摘要
目的探讨新辅助化疗对胃癌术后并发症吻合口瘘发生率的影响。方法对156例进展期胃癌分为对照组与新辅助化疗组后实施手术,新辅助化疗组术前应用FOLFOX6方案化疗,对两组切除术后吻合口瘘发生率进行比较。结果对照组与新辅助化疗组吻合口瘘发生率差异不具有统计学意义。结论新辅助化疗没有增加胃癌切除术后吻合口瘘发生率。
Objective To evaluatethe effect of neo anastomotic leak in post gastrectomy occurrence. Methods -adjuvant chemotherapy on the rate of Totally 156 cases of advanced gastric cancer were divided into two groups： the control group, and the neo - adjuvant chemotherapy group. All of the cases were performed gastrectomy. The neo - adjuvant chemotherapy group were given FOLFOX6 before operation. Incidence rates of anastomotic leak were compared between neo - adjuvant chemotherapy group and control group. Results There was no statistic difference of generation rate of anastomotic leak between control group and neo - adjuvant chemotherapy group （ P 〉 0.05 ）. Conclusion The rate of anastomotic leak in post gastrectomy was not increased after neo - adjuvant chemotherapy.
