摘要
连续式电弧炉是中心装有一根直流电极的固定环形竖炉,能进行连续操作.它的能耗比常规电炉小,约为200kwh/t.电炉排放的废气量和烟尘量也大大降低.炉子本身完全密封不漏气,所有排放物均可捕集.此外,与现代交流电弧炉相比,在生产成本方面还有很多优点.
CONTIARC furnace is a circular shaft furnace that is motionless and with one DC electrode in the centre, can be worked continously .It, s energy consumption is lower than conventional electric furnace, is about 200kwh/ t. And the rolume of waste gases and smoke dust that is exhausted in electric furnace extremely reduce. Furnace itself is closed perfectly, all exhausting can be gathered.Moreover, there aremany adrantagesin cost of production that is than modern AC electric arc furnace.
